When your teenage boy leaves for college, what do you do with the little in-law unit he was holed up in during high school? You turn it into an income-producing short-term rental!  This space hadn't been touched since the purchase of this house, which was fine with the teenager, but what an opportunity to create a space not only for short term renters, but even a cozy, sunny get-away for mom.  The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, as was lighting, furnishings, color and accessories.
